We are looking for someone who will be a fantastic addition to our team. We are a busy surgeon’s office and are looking to hire someone who will schedule appointments, answer phones, verify insurance, and check patients in and out. Our ideal candidate must be out-going, friendly, organized, and a self-starter. To be considered for this position, you must have demonstrated the ability to interact with a professional attitude. You must also have a stable job history. Work shifts are 5 days a week, during the hours of 8:30 - 5:00, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

This job requires the employee to greet patients, complete the check-in and out process with patients and schedule appointments, answer phones, return phone calls, organize paperwork, communicate between the front and back office, and cross-cover other office positions.

Qualifications

Experience with front desk receptionist responsibilities is a must, experience in a medical office setting is preferred. We will train on our software and protocols specific to our office. Must be available to work Monday thru Friday, 8:30 - 5:00, with no other job or school conflicts.
