Job Description
Position Overview
Lockheed Martin is seeking an Entry Level/Hourly Engineering Aide to support the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Program and the Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) team in Littleton, CO. In this role you will generate engineering documentation, attend design and team meetings, update weekly status reports, and collaborate closely with technical engineers, management and program customers. This position requires the ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret security clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate engineering documentation, reports, drawings, flow charts, block diagrams, schedules, and schematics.
- Establish and attend daily and weekly team meetings to address technical, schedule, and operational issues; coordinate internal and external events for the team and program.
- Update weekly status chart packages and report progress to program management.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in a STEM field, related work experience, and/or technical training (completed coursework toward a related degree may be considered).
- Ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret security clearance.
- Basic understanding of STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) principles with the ability to interpret, generate, and present technical material.
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication for collaborating with technical engineers, upper management, and program customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Technical Data Package development processes and Engineering Change Packages.
- Experience with designing parts or assemblies in Creo, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent solutions.
- Previous administrative or engineering aide experience, including performing design assessments and developing data.

- Compensation:Annual base salary ranges from $48,500 - $85,675 (national) and $55,900 - $93,035 (premium areas), depending on location and other factors.
