Position Overview

Compensation: First year earning potential when hitting goals is $150,000+ ($150,000 at plan commissions).

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply lead generation and prospecting systems
• Convert pre-qualified leads into clients through follow-up and relationship building
• Assist buyers throughout the home search and purchase process
• Stay in touch with current clients to support repeat business
• Shadow experienced agents on showings, open houses, and client appointments
• Contribute to team goals while building your own book of business

Required Qualifications

• Active real estate license (or recently licensed)
