Sr. Marketing Manager

Position Overview

Radiology Ltd., a 500-employee medical imaging company in Arizona with 11 sites throughout Southern Arizona, is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager. As Tucson’s hometown radiology practice, our mission is to provide compassionate care and superior medical imaging services to patients, providers, and healthcare organizations. In this role, you will lead digital marketing initiatives—including SEO, SEM, CRM, website updates, social media and emerging AI/LLM strategies—to drive demand and support omni-channel marketing efforts such as advertising, collateral development, and community events.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the digital marketing plan and budget to drive demand in our outpatient imaging centers, covering SEO, SEM, CRM, website, and social media.
• Create and maintain an editorial calendar for diverse marketing channels to ensure fresh, engaging, and strategy-aligned content.
• Analyze and optimize digital initiatives with ongoing KPI reporting and budget management.
• Oversee website design and content updates via WordPress and HTML.
• Manage referring provider newsletter design, content, and distribution via Marketo.
• Provide part-time support (approximately 15%) for digital marketing initiatives for Diversified Radiology.
• Coordinate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to successfully execute marketing campaigns.
• Contribute as a key member of the marketing team to shape omni-channel strategy and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, advertising, or communications
• 4-7 years in marketing/brand management with an emphasis on digital marketing
• Experience in multichannel marketing and in design/content creation
• Prior work in healthcare environments is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Radiology experience is ideal
