Information Technology Systems Support Specialist

Position Overview

Our client, a government agency in Sacramento, California, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Information Technology Systems Support Specialist to join their IT team. In this role, you will provide essential technical support and maintenance for enterprise systems including SAP, Adobe, Microsoft 365, Office 365, VPN, HTML, and CSS; support client/server and network systems; and deliver user training and operational assistance. Compensation: Pay range is up to $35.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform onsite support and maintenance for enterprise systems including SAP, Adobe, Microsoft 365, Office 365, VPN, HTML, and CSS.
• Support and troubleshoot client/server systems such as MBASE and Ariel Pension Administration Systems (PAS).
• Maintain and support network systems (both Wi-Fi and wired) ensuring reliable connectivity across the organization.
• Assist with desktop computer systems including software installations, updates, and troubleshooting for applications like Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Skype, Zoom, and Teams.
• Provide user training, operational assistance, and support for various applications and hardware.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with SAP, Adobe, Microsoft 365, Office 365, VPN, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Kofax, Ariel scanning, and related document management tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Ability to train users and create technical documentation and reports.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
