PMA USA, a group of extraordinarily successful representatives across the nation, is looking to expand its team as an Insurance Sales Representative. With decades of excellence in marketing, sales, and customer service, PMA offers comprehensive training, unwavering support, andsignificant bonuses– including a$400 bonus per week for your first 6 weeks (up to a total of $2,400 bonus)in addition to commission earnings. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects and clients to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions including life, health, and supplemental coverage.
- Utilize our sales and lead management tool to schedule appointments and manage client relationships.
- Participate in daily one-on-one training sessions with dedicated Training Managers to enhance product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Drive your own success by leveraging local and national mentorship programs.
- Pursue career advancement opportunities, with potential to step into field management roles within your first year.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle
- Ability to travel Monday – Thursday and work evenings
- GED or High School Diploma
- Previous business professional or sales experience
