As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will join a collaborative and growing team, supporting planning and design efforts, contributing to technical analyses, and partnering with senior staff to deliver creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the collection and analysis of data to support project development
- Perform design calculations and investigative analyses to complete assigned tasks
- Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and supporting documents
- Use CAD software (AutoCAD or MicroStation) to develop design drawings
- Review project plans and documentation for technical accuracy and conformance to standards
- Help schedule and coordinate tasks to meet project timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to design reviews
- Maintain organized project files and design documentation
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field
- Experience working in AutoCAD or MicroStation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
- Internship or co-op experience in civil engineering
