Position Overview

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will join a collaborative and growing team, supporting planning and design efforts, contributing to technical analyses, and partnering with senior staff to deliver creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the collection and analysis of data to support project development
  • Perform design calculations and investigative analyses to complete assigned tasks
  • Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and supporting documents
  • Use CAD software (AutoCAD or MicroStation) to develop design drawings
  • Review project plans and documentation for technical accuracy and conformance to standards
  • Help schedule and coordinate tasks to meet project timelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to design reviews
  • Maintain organized project files and design documentation
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field
  • Experience working in AutoCAD or MicroStation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
  • Internship or co-op experience in civil engineering
