This full-time role is onsite at our Tucson, AZ location.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Operations:
- Ensure guidelines for promoting internal and external featured experiences and guest experts are adhered to.
- Partner with corporate and property operations to execute key branded experiences.
- Collaborate with property operations teams to maintain standards for a consistent guest experience (e.g., menus, collateral, and unique guest touch points).
- Manage and respond to relevant review platforms such as TripAdvisor and Google in partnership with property operations.
- Work collaboratively with Lenox and Woodside marketing to share best practices.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and HR to ensure all collateral is on-brand.
- Partner with the content team to develop innovative solutions for property collateral needs.
- PR and Influencer Management & Content Capture:
- Collaborate with PR/Social teams, Wellness Guides, and Operations to manage journalists, influencers, and VIPs before, during, and after their stay.
- Ensure consistent on-property content capture to feed social channels and other marketing mediums.
- Coordinate with the Brand Marketing Director and Tucson Executive team on internal communications and key message dissemination.
- Drive Property Awareness and Booking:
- Develop and execute marketing plans in collaboration with the Marketing Director, Programming, and Sales to drive property awareness and occupancy.
- Ensure Tucson marketing plans align with overall brand strategies while highlighting the unique attractions of the property.
- Establish local community relations plans in collaboration with appropriate teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Marketing in a Project Coordinator or Project Manager equivalent role.
- Marketing degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Strong understanding of hotel or resort operations in an operational setting.
- Ability to develop and manage a budget while meeting expense goals.
- Empathy for guest concerns with a commitment to high-level service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Pro, WorkFront, and Outlook.
- Valid Driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
