Position Overview
Job Type: Full-time. Are you an established Real Estate Investment Loan Originator? We want you on our team. In this role you will lend nationwide and become the go-to funding expert in your region while selling the entire Lima One product suite including Fix-and-Flip, New Construction, Rental Property, and Bridge loans. You will build business partner relationships, leverage your network, and source quality real estate investor leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Production: Own your sales pipeline by sourcing and funding $2-3+ million in closed loans per month.
- Originate Diverse Loan Products: Structure and originate a variety of loans to serve both established and new clients.
- Manage the Entire Loan Process: Oversee deals from initial outreach through structuring, underwriting, approval, and closing.
- Consult and Advise Clients: Educate partners, referral sources, brokers, and investors on the Lima One value proposition.
- Enhance Your Community Presence: Strengthen your reputation within the real estate investor community through speaking engagements and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Active current NMLS license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Existing book of business or investor network aligned with Lima One’s suite of loan products.
- 2+ years' experience in the Private Lending industry (including FNF, Bridge, New Construction, and/or Perm Debt) across single family and multifamily asset classes.
- Strong understanding of the real estate investment property industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to creatively source and develop new business.
- Energetic and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
