As a Revenue Cycle Payor Analyst Leader, you will be managing the entire process between the receivables and the Payers. This role will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Third Party Accounts Receivables. You will analyze data for trends and patterns to find the root cause of issues. Must bring strong communication skills as you will be working regularly with the CFO and leaders on the Payor side. You will be the only internal resource so this role will require rolling up your sleeves and getting into the weeds as well as managing processes, engaging with executive leaders, project management and collections while working with an outsourced insurance collections company. Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS Education/Experience Required:

  • Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field required; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CRCR, CHFP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with a focus on third-party AR collections.
  • Knowledge of third-party payor requirements, as well as government (Medicare and Medicaid) program regulations.
  • A strong understanding of payor policies, denial management, and healthcare billing practices.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and AR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech).
  • Preferred: 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with a focus on third-party AR collections. Experience in DME and recurring rentals.
