The Junior Marketing Associate will support

marketing campaigns that generate qualified B2B leads for AT&T services, collaborate with sales reps, and help optimize outreach.

Expect a mix of customer-facing outreach, campaign execution, and analytics.

Junior Marketing Associate Core Duties:

• Conduct customer-facing outreach to business prospects at in-person events.
• Assist sales reps in pitching AT&T solutions during joint customer meetings and demos.
• Qualify inbound leads and route high-potential prospects to field sales teams.
• Create and execute targeted digital campaigns to drive B2B telecom interest.
• Develop marketing collateral and sales enablement materials tailored to businesses.
• Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and recommend optimizations.
• Maintain marketing databases and update CRM with campaign and lead information.
