Quick Lane Lube Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Quick Lane Lube Technician who can accurately perform general maintenance on the best Ford/Lincoln has to offer! As a Quick Lane Lube Technician, you will perform general vehicle maintenance including oil changes, brakes, tires, and other repair work. Customer satisfaction comes from personal work habits and ethics and is of the utmost importance as part of this job. The technician will ensure customer satisfaction by completing the job correctly, cleanly, honestly, and on time for every service visit.

The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old and has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of vehicle-servicing experience, a valid driver's license and clean driving record, excellent customer service skills, and good computer skills. Candidates must be able to drive both standard and automatic vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Completes each and every job correctly, cleanly, honestly, and on time to ensure customer satisfaction
• Works with safety as a top priority
• Performs basic maintenance on all makes and models of vehicles in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
• Performs other duties as assigned
