We are looking for a driven self-starter with a winning record to join our sales team as a Mid-Market Account Executive (Account Executive Levels 3-4). In this role, you will find business opportunities, manage client relationships, and ultimately close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Close deals by effectively managing multiple sales cycles while working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Research accounts and create effective client communications to generate new revenue.
- Maintain strong client relationships to offer the best solutions through the Awardco platform and drive revenue.
- Collaborate strategically across departments to provide effective solutions to client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Dynamic, people-oriented personality able to quickly adjust in a fast-changing environment.
- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Experience with deals ranging in size from 40k-150k in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
- Familiarity with longer, complex sales cycles.
- A consistent record of hitting and exceeding quota.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, Zoominfo, Salesloft, and SalesNavigator.
