Position Overview

Nineteen Sales Group is seeking a motivated and goal drivenAT&T Sales Representativeto join our growing team. In this role, you will drive in-person sales, build strong customer relationships in a retail setting, and represent our products and services face-to-face with clients. You must be able to tackle challenges head on, thrive under pressure, and consistently meet ambitious sales targets.

Job Type:Full-time
Compensation:$48,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
Schedule:Monday to Friday; Weekends as needed
Shift:8 hour shift, Day shift
Work Location:In person

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person sales meetings with clients and prospects to promote and sell AT&T products and services in a retail environment.
  • Manage your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate tracking of all client interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals in a competitive market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Effectively present our products and services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their needs.
  • Work independently, utilizing your initiative to achieve goals and manage your schedule.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer facing roles, or outside sales is a plus.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to engage and connect with a variety of customers.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation to various retail locations.
  • Ability to think critically and tackle challenges as they arise.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
