Position Overview

The Operations Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team by planning and driving store execution and performance while fostering consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent customer service. In the absence of a store manager, the Supervisor leads the crew to ensure smooth operations and strict adherence to opening and closing procedures. This is a part‐time role with an anticipated 10 weekly hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations, lead the crew, and ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed.
  • Work effectively with store management and crews, providing clear communication and direction.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting with inquiries, addressing complaints, and promoting the CVS customer service culture.
  • Oversee merchandise presentation including pricing, stocking shelves, and executing promotional displays.

Required Qualifications

  • Deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills.
  • Advanced communication, supervision, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred but not required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a retail supervisor.

Compensation

  • Typical Pay Range: $17.00 - $26.00. This range represents the base hourly rate and may be influenced by experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
