Part Time Sales Rep Entry Level

Position Overview

Vector Marketing is seeking a Part Time Sales Representative for an entry-level, flexible work opportunity. In this role you will work directly with customers, sell our Cutco products, and manage order processing. Compensation: $24.00 base-appt (not based on sales) with additional commission available based on performance. Schedule: Flexible scheduling designed to work around your other commitments. No previous experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Cutco products.
• Process orders accurately and manage follow-up communications.
• Participate in training sessions and continuously improve sales techniques.
• Collaborate with team members and attend local meetings (Location: Office-based training and meetings).

Required Qualifications

• Enjoy working with people and maintain a positive attitude.
• Education: High School Diploma required (at least 18 years old, or 17 with graduation).
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills effectively.
• Ability to meet the conditions of the role as applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or similar fields is a plus.
• Familiarity with home goods or an interest in sales is beneficial.
• Experience in environments such as fast food, call centers, or administrative roles can be an advantage (Experience Required: Not mandatory for this entry-level role).
