Compensation: Earn a competitive wage of $15+/hour (depending on experience) plus overtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide superb customer service in-person and over the phone.
- Schedule appointments with customers and dispatch technicians efficiently.
- Enter and prepare work orders, billing, invoices, and handle collections.
- Follow up on incoming work orders and emails to ensure prompt service.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service or office experience
- Accurate data entry skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional image, dependable, and organized
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of customer service and office experience
