Human Resource Support Ambassador - Allegiant Stadium

Position Overview

Issues uniforms and maintains inventory at an assigned location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages the uniform inventory and accounts for damaged and loss items.
• Prepare and support Human Resource Department for upcoming events at Allegiant Stadium.
• Interact in a professional manner with both stadium guests and Levy employees.
• Create a welcoming, warm, and supportive environment on every shift by greeting Levy employees during their check-in and check-out of their shift.
• Maintains accurate uniform information and tracking numbers.
• Uses resources to maintain appropriate inventory levels and sizing options while minimizing inventory expense.
• Keeps uniform and file storage space in clean and orderly condition.
• Process game day ticketing information - using computer, making sure Silver & Black Hospitality meets stadium needs for all partners.
• Maintain confidential personnel files.
• Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including but not limited to proposed disciplinary notices.
• Execute Human Resource services within HR
• Working hours are event base and will cover days, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to learn new tasks on the job.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation

Pay Range:$16 to $18
