Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational project leadership, analytical support, and research services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of physicians and practice management to co-design innovative programs from concept to delivery while analyzing their impact.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in practice line operations and process improvement to identify gaps and implement best practices.
- Develop necessary supporting materials (manuals, training modules, curriculum) and pilot program evaluations.
- Manage overall project plans including workplans, timelines, regular communications, and deliverables.
- Lead medium to large-scale projects with internal and external dependencies and address higher levels of risk.
- Define scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, budget, methods, and tools for innovative programs and monitor progress over time.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for effective project execution using formal processes and tools.
- Provide leadership and oversight for existing programs such as Quality and Process Improvement.
- Support new site start-up processes and respond to leadership requests by developing and implementing new processes and programs.
- Analyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources to improve operational, quality, and financial performance.
- Collect, analyze, and report on analytics to enhance risk mitigation processes and overall program outcomes.
- Identify improvement opportunities, facilitate transition to improved workflows, and maintain project reporting consistently.
- Define business requirements to increase operational efficiency and monitor outcome measures of implemented programs.
- Represent the organization in health system collaborations and work with clinical and business stakeholders.
- Provide consulting and advisory services to clients and physician leaders, including Regional and Medical Directors.
- Work independently with frequent communication to regional, practice line, and client leadership.
- Perform related duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business, Finance, or a related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- At least 3 years of experience in data and analytics, including report development and quality program leadership.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau.
- Excellent data analysis, interpretation, and project management skills along with polished oral and written communication.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Solid understanding of hospital and outpatient clinic operations and process improvement methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in healthcare or a related field preferred.
