Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Keep marketing projects on schedule and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining digital assets, including photos, videos, and other creative materials.
- Ensure that all creative content (emails, ads, website updates) is error-free and accurate.
- Help build online forms using Formstack, ensuring they are set up correctly.
- Support email marketing efforts by setting up campaigns, managing data lists, and scheduling email deployments.
- Manage text message communications through the SMS platform and assist with scheduling messages to the fan database.
- Assist with basic graphic design tasks using tools like Photoshop, Figma, or Canva.
- Assist with minor updates to the website using WordPress.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing department.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience in marketing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail to ensure all content is accurate and on-brand.
- A self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite); familiarity with Formstack, Marketo, and WordPress is a plus.
- Creative mindset and eagerness to learn new skills in marketing and digital media.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Photoshop, Figma, Canva) are a plus.
