Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep marketing projects on schedule and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining digital assets, including photos, videos, and other creative materials.
  • Ensure that all creative content (emails, ads, website updates) is error-free and accurate.
  • Help build online forms using Formstack, ensuring they are set up correctly.
  • Support email marketing efforts by setting up campaigns, managing data lists, and scheduling email deployments.
  • Manage text message communications through the SMS platform and assist with scheduling messages to the fan database.
  • Assist with basic graphic design tasks using tools like Photoshop, Figma, or Canva.
  • Assist with minor updates to the website using WordPress.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing department.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience in marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail to ensure all content is accurate and on-brand.
  • A self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite); familiarity with Formstack, Marketo, and WordPress is a plus.
  • Creative mindset and eagerness to learn new skills in marketing and digital media.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Photoshop, Figma, Canva) are a plus.
