Position Overview

The ASST. MANAGER, SOCIAL MEDIA– CERAVE US role is part of L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty’s Digital Team. In our division, we make a difference in the lives of millions by enhancing skin health and beauty through innovative, science‐backed skincare. This position plays a key role in shaping and executing the social media strategy—both paid and organic—working closely with marketing, media, creative partners and global teams to drive brand success and authentic consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage external agency relationships to drive social strategy and community management.
  • Oversee the organization of the social content calendar ensuring alignment with US business objectives and legal compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Media, PR/Influencer, Marketing and DMI—to support campaigns and product launches.
  • Prepare and develop assets for paid social campaigns and organic engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with digital asset management and liaise with creative partners to maintain brand integrity in all content.
  • Develop and implement monthly reporting on KPIs, audience growth, and engagement through social listening and analytics tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business or a related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Social Media & Content Development, either in-house or with an agency.
  • Experience or strong interest in skincare, health, beauty, and dermatology.
  • Adaptability and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and a professional, positive attitude.
