Entry Level Marketing Associate Core Duties:
- Conduct customer-facing outreach to business prospects at in-person events.
- Assist sales reps in pitching AT&T solutions during joint customer meetings and demos.
- Qualify inbound leads and route high-potential prospects to field sales teams.
- Create and execute targeted digital campaigns to drive B2B telecom interest.
- Develop marketing collateral and sales enablement materials tailored to businesses.
- Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and recommend optimizations.
- Maintain marketing databases and update CRM with campaign and lead information.
Entry Level Marketing Associate Desired Qualities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 1+ year marketing or sales-support experience; telecom or B2B experience a plus.
- Strong written communication and content creation skills.
- Comfortable with customer-facing interactions and supporting sales conversations.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
- Team player with a proactive, performance-driven attitude.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns.
- Work with the Entry Level Marketing Associate team to enhance marketing strategies.
