Position Overview

Frito-Lay, a prominent division of PepsiCo and globally recognized snack food brand, is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will be essential to our warehouse operations—managing the transport, storage, and organization of products. The role is physically demanding, requiring availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays, as well as the stamina to work in varying environmental conditions. Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and effectively after completing company-provided training and certification
• Load and unload pallets from trailers with accuracy and attention to safety
• Place goods into high-level warehouse racks in an organized manner
• Use handheld scanners and inventory systems to monitor product movement
• Select product cases based on system-generated orders with precision
• Support facility upkeep through tasks like sweeping, trash disposal, and trailer cleaning

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift 15–50 pounds repeatedly
• Physically fit to bend, kneel, climb, stretch, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
• Comfortable with frequent lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying
• Willingness to work in environments with fluctuating temperatures and high noise levels
