Job Description

Position Overview

Location: In-person role located at our campuses in Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; or Palo Alto, CA. A well-run campus is invisible. A poorly run one disrupts everything. This position ensures Alpha campuses operate with reliability, safety, and precision—day in and day out.

Alpha is constructing one of the world's most ambitious education models. Our classrooms operate at pace and our expectations are rigorous. Achieving that demands campus operations that are structured, agile, and designed for growth. In this role, you serve as the operational foundation of the campus by coordinating communication, managing safety protocols, ensuring facilities and logistics function seamlessly, and keeping technology operational for students and staff. You resolve issues as they arise, identify risks before they grow, and introduce calm order into fast-moving environments. If you seek work where your judgment directly impacts student safety, staff performance, and parent confidence, this role provides genuine ownership and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sustain safe, efficient, and dependable campus operations that continuously enhance the experience of students, staff, and parents.
  • Serving as a central point of contact for parents, students, and staff to deliver timely, clear, and professional communication.
  • Overseeing campus safety operations including entry protocols, health response, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family notifications.
  • Coordinating daily campus logistics including attendance systems, transportation scheduling, facility upkeep, and office functions.
  • Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new staff to secure operational readiness from the outset.
  • Administering student devices and campus technology, acting as the on-site Google Administrator and technical point of contact.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
  • Experience Required: At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar operational roles
  • Comfort with basic technology tasks including device setup, troubleshooting, and account administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across parents, staff, and vendors
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be available to work in person in Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; or Palo Alto, CA

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: $37 USD/hour (equivalent to approximately $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year)
  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Payment is made on a weekly basis
