Position Overview

At West Shore Home, we are on a mission to build the first nationwide home remodeling brand. As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will be positioned for success through pre-set appointments paired with an uncapped base salary plus commission and a supportive training program. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and be backed by Team Leads, Sales Trainers, and Customer Service & Operations professionals. Key Responsibilities

  • Follow a rotating schedule:
    • Weeks 1-2: Monday through Friday with sales appointments starting as early as 9:00 AM and as late as 7:00 PM.
    • Weeks 3-4: Tuesday through Friday plus Saturdays (appointments from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM). Each appointment lasts about 2 hours.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and both individual and group training workshops.
  • Lead your clients through a personalized one-call close sales process.
  • Focus on selling with exclusively warm, pre-confirmed leads—absolutely no cold-calling or lead generation is required.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to quickly connect with anyone in any environment.
  • A competitive nature and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Valid MI Sales License required.
  • Must possess a valid smartphone or smart device to access company systems via two-factor authentication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience is preferred; however, we welcome recent graduates and individuals from retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English with proficiency in reading and writing English.
