Job Description

Position Overview

Granite counter top company in Pittsburgh is seeking a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will greet and assist walk‐in customers, answer phone calls, interpret customer kitchen layouts, input layouts into the quote program to provide estimates, schedule measurements and installations, and perform daily clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and printing. This full‐time position involves working weekday hours (8am–5pm) and Saturday hours (9am–3pm).

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk‐in customers
  • Answer phones
  • Read customers’ kitchen layout
  • Input the layout into the quote program to provide an estimate
  • Schedule measurements and installations
  • Assist with daily paper filing, faxing, and printing
  • Assist with contractor quotes

Required Qualifications

  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of basic math and problem solving
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
  • Must be available to work Saturdays 9am–3pm, with weekday hours 8am–5pm
