Position Overview
Tracker, a leader in developing and providing web‑based investment management solutions to cities, counties, states, and other tax‑exempt institutions across the United States, is seeking an experienced Sales Associate. In this role, you will work from home to schedule high‑quality sales appointments for demonstrations between our experienced sales consultants and prospective clients, and follow up with prospects to help drive sales conversions. Salary: $50,000 per year; Compensation: $800 per closed sale; Location: Remote; Schedule: Full‑Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule high‑quality sales appointments for demonstrations between sales consultants and prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects after demonstrations to drive sales conversions.
- Utilize a reliable home office setup to manage appointments and communications effectively.
- Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track leads and monitor sales progress.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of outbound B2B cold calling and appointment setting experience.
- At least 2 years serving the business-to-business marketplace.
- Demonstrated success working remotely for a minimum of 2 years.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- A reliable home office setup including a computer, VOIP headset, printer/scanner, and high‑speed internet.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated, positive, and results‑driven attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience Required: 2 years of B2B outbound cold calling (preferred).
