Software Engineer - Back-End - Oracle ERP Focused

Position Overview

As a Software Engineer - Back-End – Oracle ERP Focused, you will own the full development lifecycle—from analysis and design to coding, testing, and documentation—making a direct impact on both internal and external customers. This full-time, remote position is ideal for candidates in or near Portland, OR, Tulsa, OK, or Denver, CO.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the entire application lifecycle, from initial analysis and design to coding, testing, and documentation.
• Partner with teammates and management to build and maintain robust features for internal and external customers.
• Navigate complex challenges and manage multiple moving pieces to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Seize exciting opportunities to make a tangible difference in a collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software development, computer engineering, or related fields.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with the finance and accounting modules of an ERP system (Oracle).
• Experience designing and developing large-scale systems.
• Proficiency in Java and familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring REST, Spring Data, and Spring AOP.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication, with professional and empathetic interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to be self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to evolving project needs.

• Compensation: Pay range (US based applicants): $102,786 - $107,000 (annualized).
