Private Equity Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst role with a Rapidly Growing Private Equity / Real Estate Fund.

This person will report to the VP of Finance and will be a highly analytical, hands-on position focused on financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level reporting. This is a small team with a lot of exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning
• Design, build, and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain integrated three-statement financial models to support scenario planning, valuation, ROI analysis, and investment decisions
• Assist with capital planning, capital allocation, and financial modeling tied to organic growth, new acquisitions, and/or strategic initiatives
• Work on corporate M&A, investment, and acquisition initiatives including due diligence, valuation, pro forma modeling, post-acquisition integration, and performance tracking
• Collaborate cross-functionally with acquisitions, asset management, operations, legal and other teams
• Support development of business case analyses for growth initiatives
