Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technologist (SFMC Email Developer)

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technologist, you will work in a marketing-focused environment to create personalized, dynamic campaigns and automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other tech platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure marketing automation solutions, including development, testing, documentation, and deployment in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Oversee email and SMS executions for complex clients to ensure timely and error-free deliveries.
• Create dynamic, personalized marketing assets using HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages.
• Automate email execution processes, activities, and reporting while managing subscriber audiences.
• Conduct QA/QC tests, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for email and SMS campaigns.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on requirements gathering and platform optimization recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in email marketing and HTML email coding.
• 2-3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design, automate, and deploy targeted email campaigns.
• 4-5 years of experience with ESP coding languages, SQL, and advanced email automation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Active Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Marketing Specialist certificate, or ability to obtain it within 3 months of hire.
• Proficiency with AMPscript, Email Studio, Data Extensions, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Dreamweaver (or similar tool) and animated gifs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing work situations.
• Prior consulting experience (in-house or agency) is a plus.

• Compensation: $76,850 - $92,200, based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. (Salary range is subject to change.)
