Job Title: Supply Chain Administrator
Location: Houston Office
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (in person)
Novetus Engineering LLC is looking to fill a Supply Chain Administrator position. Novetus is unsurpassed in our commitment to achieving our clients' objectives as efficiently as possible. Key Responsibilities
- Supply Chain/Procurement/Contracts: Develop Proposals, Work Orders, Secondment Agreements, and Professional Service Agreements with/for clients and subcontractors.
- Coordinate and manage the supply chain process from start to finish.
- Ensure that all materials and products are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all supply chain needs are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
- Track and report on supply chain performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Education: BS Degree in Business field
- Bachelor's degree in a business, finance or supply chain field is preferred.
- Experience Required: 1-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software.
