Position Overview

Job Title: Supply Chain Administrator
Location: Houston Office
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (in person)

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Chain/Procurement/Contracts: Develop Proposals, Work Orders, Secondment Agreements, and Professional Service Agreements with/for clients and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and manage the supply chain process from start to finish.
• Ensure that all materials and products are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all supply chain needs are met.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Track and report on supply chain performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Education: BS Degree in Business field
• Bachelor's degree in a business, finance or supply chain field is preferred.
• Experience Required: 1-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Administrator or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software.
