Job Description

Position Overview

The Sales Representative, Golf, Sport Regional Accounts manages client relationships for all eyewear, apparel, footwear, and accessory categories across Golf customers in the territory. In this role you will act as a brand ambassador for NA Sport Golf, ensuring brand integrity while achieving sales targets and supporting strong customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a NA Sport Golf ambassador, promoting the brand’s value proposition while ensuring long-term brand integrity.
  • Proactively manage distribution in the territory by cultivating existing customer relationships and prospecting new opportunities.
  • Ensure brand visual merchandising and distribution quality standards are met by regularly refreshing marketing materials and board spaces.
  • Build strong working relationships at all organizational levels within managed practices and businesses.
  • Follow the NA Sport sales process and standards to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular staff trainings using brand materials to ensure consistent messaging with brand positioning.
  • Develop and adhere to an effective call plan with the goal of visiting all customers within an 8‐week rotation.
  • Represent EssilorLuxottica at local, regional, and national Golf trade shows.
  • Develop a business plan targeting both quantitative and qualitative objectives for the assigned territory.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of results
  • Ability to carry sample bags weighing at least 25 lbs and lift event infrastructure materials (weights, tents, tables, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven sales performance and ability to increase revenues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop meaningful relationships
  • Outstanding training and presentation skills
  • Strong visual merchandising background
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in PC skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to commit significant field time with the possibility of overnights (up to 100% travel)
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience
