Job Description
Responsibilities
- Define and refine brand identity, tone, and positioning for each property, ensuring distinct yet cohesive representation across all guest touchpoints-digital, print, and on-property.
- Develop and oversee annual marketing plans and property-specific calendars aligned with revenue goals, ownership expectations, and market demand trends.
- Lead the annual marketing budgeting process, ensuring investment aligns with commercial strategy, forecasted ROI, and business objectives.
- Represent the portfolio in ownership and executive meetings, providing strategic recommendations and actionable insights to optimize topline performance.
- Conceptualize and deploy collection-wide campaigns and marketing initiatives initiatives across digital channels, including paid search, social and email.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to on-property marketing and sales teams, fostering collaboration and alignment with company-wide objectives.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and market performance to proactively adapt strategy and maintain competitive positioning.
- Oversee PR, influencer, and partnership strategies to elevate brand awareness and strengthen destination positioning.
