We're looking for a highly motivated Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee to join our team and help advance the careers of skilled professionals doing impactful work. Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle by meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs.
- Source qualified professionals using various recruiting tools.
- Screen potential candidates through interviews and reference checks to assess alignment of their skills, goals, and interests.
- Communicate work opportunities and prepare candidates for starting new roles.
- Perform critical relationship-building activities including coaching consultants for interviews and checking in on their first day to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
- Maintain a network of consultants aligned with top, industry-specific skill sets.
- Build trusted relationships to be recognized as a true partner in advancing candidates’ careers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus.
- Proven ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- A desire to work in a performance-based environment.

- Salary: Initial base salary of $45,000 after the hourly paid training period, increasing to $55,000 after one year of employment. Top 10% of recruiters have earned an average of $68,000 in year one, $130,000 in year two, and $195,000 in year five (2021 data).
