Electrical Design Engineer ( Power Conversion Electronics )

Position Overview

Our client boasts a rich 60+ year history as a leading tier I manufacturing supplier to the aerospace industry worldwide. In this role as an Electrical Design Engineer – (Power Conversion Electronics), you will be instrumental in designing power conversion products. The position is based in Wichita, KS or Chatsworth, CA. Compensation: $90,000 - $135,000 DOE. Please note, remote work is not available, but the company provides relocation assistance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience designing power conversion products.
• Proficiency with DC to AC inverters, DC to DC converters, power regulation for battery systems, and power distribution and control.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) preferred.
• Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
