We’re looking for an Onboarding Manager to lead dispensaries through the critical stage of their Flowhub journey – implementation. This role is part project manager, part teacher, and part builder. You’ll guide dispensaries through setup, data migration, tailored training, and launching them live on Flowhub, while continuously refining our onboarding playbook and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers from day one with clear, consistent, and confident communication.
- Educate and train clients by translating best practices into actionable workflows.
- Lead implementations by scoping, coordinating, and managing projects that bring dispensaries live across multiple locations.
- Drive progression by owning the onboarding pipeline and ensuring customers meet key milestones.
- Migrate and standardize data, ensuring efficient transfer from legacy systems into Flowhub.
- Audit proactively to identify and resolve gaps before they become issues.
- Continuously optimize onboarding processes based on product updates, customer feedback, and internal learnings.
- Close the loop by capturing and escalating field insights to Product, Support, and Engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of SaaS onboarding or implementation experience
- Salesforce CRM expertise and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role (support, training, consulting, or similar)
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-to-value delivery skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication – clear, concise, and direct
- A builder’s mindset with a focus on process improvement and optimization
- Genuine passion for technology and the cannabis industry

Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 + Equity
This role is open to anyone within the United States, except candidates located in CA, NY, OR, or WA.
