At NM Group, our Public Relations Assistants play a key role in shaping brand awareness and creating memorable customer experiences.

This is a great opportunity for students or recent grads looking to break into public relations, communications, or marketing while gaining hands-on experience with a growing firm.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Engaging directly with customers to represent our clients' brands in a positive, professional way
• Assisting with public outreach efforts, promotional events, and client communications
• Creating excitement around current products and promotions
• Helping maintain a strong brand presence by answering customer questions and guiding them toward the right services
• Collaborating with teammates to meet weekly goals and campaign outcomes

We're Looking For:

• Strong communicators who enjoy talking to new people
• Team players with a friendly, positive attitude
• Organized individuals who can juggle several tasks with ease
• People excited to learn, grow, and develop professional experience
• Bonus points if you have past experience in retail, customer service, or student orgs

Requirements:

• Must be: 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Available: to work full-time, Monday–Friday
• Must be comfortable: working in person
