Position Overview

Welcome to a new idea in banking. As aPart Time Branch Ambassador, you'll play a vital role in our customers' banking experience by working with people, sharing product knowledge, and performing various transactions while adhering to policies and procedures. You'll enhance customers' financial lives by resolving inquiries, showcasing our products and services, and guiding them towards their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers, help with technology challenges, and showcase products and services.
  • Determine personal and business financial needs, and guide customers to their financial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and federal regulations.
  • Support customers in all areas of the branch, including cash handling and service needs.
  • Educate customers on banking channels, products, and services.
  • Work with an energized team of banking professionals.
  • Research and answer customer inquiries to enhance retention and engagement.
  • Travel between branches in assigned local area and support the assigned market.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience
  • At least 6 months of cash handling experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree
  • 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience

Compensation

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role in Houston, TX:$43,680 - $43,680for Branch Ambassador. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
