Key Responsibilities
- Operates as a backup financial center leader within a market
- Manages client traffic by engaging and appropriately routing clients and fostering client retention
- Manages business results through formalized management routines and coaching
- Creates a world class client experience environment
- Manages market-level initiatives prescribed by market leaders
- Drives operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training, or motivating a diverse work team
- Ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed
- Strong financial and business acumen, experience in leading managers, and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability
- Record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage others and build relationships
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize, and delegate
- Strong communication skills including verbal, non-verbal, written, presentation, and active listening
- Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours as required to run the business
- Ability to travel to any financial center within the defined market
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
- Experience in Consumer Banking/Financial Services, mortgage, retail, or hospitality
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Bilingual (fluent verbal and written)
