Job Description
Position Overview
This role performs marketing analysis to determine enrollment growth strategies at the department, unit, or college level. The successful candidate will create marketing campaigns across various formats – including website and print materials – and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness. Primary locations include our Kennesaw campus (1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144) and our Marietta campus (1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060).
Key Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and executes assigned department marketing plans and strategies
- Organizes and oversees multi-channel marketing campaigns to grow business and meet project goals
- Directs implementation of best practices through appropriate media channels
- Analyzes overall marketing plan and performance adhering to deadlines and requirements
- Drafts lead engagement and relationship management strategies leveraging technology
- Collaborates with SEO and digital teams to develop effective website content strategy
- Manages the marketing campaign budgets
- Writes compelling content for a variety of marketing channels
- Collaborates with key supplier partners to build and optimize customer experience and satisfaction
- Shares knowledge and experiences with marketing peers and assists with cross promotion programs
Required Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Two (2) years of experience in building complex marketing programs and campaigns across multiple channels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree from an accredited institution in a related field
- Previous marketing experience in higher education
- Experience with advanced Google Analytics, BrightEdge (or similar SEO platforms), project management, social media, event planning, print and direct mail, as well as graphic design and proofreading
