Job Description

Position Overview

We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to lead our operations in the United States, overseeing multiple client locations and supporting the continued expansion of our automotive logistics services. This role goes beyond managing sites. It requires strategic leadership, the ability to build strong operational teams, and the discipline to ensure consistent execution across multiple locations.

Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 and a full benefits package including Medical, Dental, 401K Plan, paid holidays and paid vacations

Location: Miami, Florida

This role is designed to be based in Miami; however, remote work arrangements may be considered for candidates residing within the state of Florida.

What You Will Do

As Operations Manager, you will provide regional leadership and operational governance across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with company standards, customer expectations, and operational performance objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading operations across multiple automotive logistics sites
  • Supporting and developing Site Managers and operational leadership teams
  • Driving performance through KPIs, productivity, quality, and safety metrics
  • Acting as a senior operational point of contact for key customers
  • Ensuring compliance with QHSE standards and operational procedures
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives across the region
  • Partnering with HR, Finance, IT, and Procurement to support operational success

The Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring scalable operations, operational discipline, and consistent service delivery across the territory.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking experienced leaders who combine strategic thinking with operational execution. Ideal candidates will bring:

  • 8+ years of operational leadership experience
  • Experience in automotive logistics, vehicle processing, PDI, accessory installation, or industrial services
  • Proven ability to manage multi-site operations or regional teams
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Experience working with KPIs, operational reporting, and performance management
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies

A degree in Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred.
