Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Focus on programming and software solutions including controls programming for food and beverage processing, automotive assembly lines, and packaging machinery controls.
- Develop automated test systems for a variety of industries and applications (EV battery test systems, aerospace and rocket test systems, turnkey test systems, and cloud-enabled test and measurement systems).
- Consult with clients on status updates, maintaining positive rapport while addressing requests.
- Travel to customer manufacturing sites for solution commissioning, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with project teams of varying sizes and experience levels.
- Assist senior engineers in scoping, estimating, and proposing new projects.
- Manage tasks within project teams by prioritizing needs and addressing risks and roadblocks.
- Develop and grow leadership skills.
- Note: 25-50% travel is required for some positions, with additional benefits for higher travel commitment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.4.
- Interest and ability to program in text-based languages and object-oriented concepts.
- Quick learner with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
- Access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel.
