Position Overview

The GREAT STATE TEAM is seeking Remote Account Resolution Representatives to join our fast-growing teams! As an Account Resolution Representative, you are responsible for making outbound and taking inbound calls to collect payment for medical and non-medical accounts. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls in a timely and professional manner to successfully perform collections activity.
• Utilize negotiating and customer service skills to achieve positive results.
• Adhere to all FDCPA, FCRA, HIPPA, and other applicable laws.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service role involving public contact.
• Ability to enter and update data on company and/or client systems accurately and in a timely manner.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and a focus on superior customer service and deliverables.
• Flexibility in scheduling and assignments, including availability for regular evening and Saturday work as needed.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team-based environment.

Benefits & Perks

• Compensation: Hourly wage based on experience, plus monthly commission opportunities with a $500 guarantee monthly bonus for the first 90 days.
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday (three days from 6:00am - 3:00pm and one evening from 9:00am - 6:00pm), Fridays from 6:00am - 3:00pm with one monthly closing shift from 8:00am - 5:00pm, and one Saturday per month from 7:00am - 11:00am MST. (Hours may vary by 1 hour during daylight savings time.)
