Marketing & Rev Ops Project Manager

Position Overview

This role is designed to ensure WFS Group’s revenue infrastructure is built, integrated, and executed seamlessly – without chaos, burnout, or missed timelines. The Project Manager (Rev Ops) will work directly with the COO and CEO to translate quarterly strategic revenue priorities into actionable, well-structured project plans and visual roadmaps that drive success across onboarding initiatives, CRM integrations, and Rev Ops projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee account onboarding and integration planning by building comprehensive project maps and managing team capacity.
• Partner with the COO and CEO to break down strategic initiatives into detailed workstreams and task-level execution plans.
• Manage the Rev Ops project intake process, ensuring proper prioritization, sequencing, and capacity management across initiatives.
• Leverage project management tools (such as ClickUp or Asana) to build Gantt charts, timelines, and visual roadmaps for clear visibility.
• Provide executive leadership with regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies to maintain execution quality.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as an Executive Project Manager, Senior PM, or Program Manager in high-growth, sales-led environments.
• Proven track record working directly under a COO or executive leadership within an 8-figure business.
• Expertise in breaking down complex, cross-functional initiatives into actionable workstreams, milestones, and tasks.
• Strong skills in resource allocation, capacity planning, and managing interdependencies in project execution.
• Proficiency in project management software with hands-on experience using tools like ClickUp or Asana.
