Job Description
Position Overview
Enterprise Management, a full‐spectrum consulting and management firm, is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer who will also serve as the Corporate Advertising & Marketing Focused Compliance Officer for our contracted affiliated companies. The CMO is responsible for driving brand strategy, digital marketing, communications, and ensuring compliance across all marketing activities. This leadership role partners with executive management to relieve mission‐driven companies of administrative burdens while enhancing market visibility and consistent brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the marketing and communications strategy for the Enterprise Management brand and all affiliated companies.
- Oversee production and dissemination of internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, website content, brochures, and social media.
- Direct brand development efforts including messaging, visual identity, and maintaining consistency across platforms.
- Manage digital marketing activities such as SEO/SEM, email campaigns, paid advertising, and analytics reporting.
- Supervise multimedia production including photography, video, and other creative storytelling initiatives.
- Oversee vendor management and external consultants in marketing and creative roles.
- Collaborate with executive leadership (CHRO, COO, CEO) on internal communications and employee engagement.
- Maintain and enhance website content, design, and functionality in coordination with IT.
- Provide branding guidance and marketing resources to contracted client companies.
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and conversion.
- Corporate Compliance Responsibilities: Oversee and monitor the implementation of the Corporate Compliance Program, conduct compliance risk assessments, report to the CEO/Board, update policies and training plans, investigate complaints, and ensure adherence to federal, state, local, and accreditation standards through periodic audits and evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing and communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership or executive role.
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and digital growth strategies for multi-entity or service-based organizations.
- Strong command of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Business Suite) and creative storytelling techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal, supervisory, and vendor management skills, with a keen eye for compliance and regulatory standards.
Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

- Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Expected Hours: 20 per week.
- Anticipated Travel: Up to 10% (interoffice and site-based meetings).
