Position Overview

Classic Aire Care, a leading HVAC and plumbing service provider with nearly 100 years of operation and the largest replacement HVAC contractor in the St. Louis metro area, is seeking experienced HVAC Installers. Compensation: $25.00 - $39.00 per hour based on experience. Key Responsibilities

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Insurable driving record
• Must be able to pass a drug and medical screening
• Must have a clean criminal background check
• 3+ years of residential installation experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships with clients
• Strong mechanical background
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects

Preferred Qualifications

• CFC Universal Certification
• NATE certification or willingness to obtain certifications
• EPA Certification
• Journeyman license for St. Louis County and City or willingness to obtain the certification
• Driven work ethic with the willingness to learn and grow
• Experience working for an established Heating & Cooling company
