Position Overview

STRUCTURAL is the largest concrete repair contractor in the United States, dedicated to integrating technology-driven solutions with specialty contracting services that improve, protect, and enhance critical infrastructure. With a commitment to safety, individual development, and high-quality workmanship, our Project Engineer role is an integral part of our PECD Program—a career development pathway designed to build future leaders in project management, estimating, construction management, and more. This position is primarily based in our Long Island City, NY office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Master scheduling and production rate tracking
  • Develop and refine estimating practices
  • Assist in budget preparation and project cost control
  • Engage in safety management and quality control practices
  • Support business development and client relations
  • Manage field resources effectively

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher
  • At least one relevant internship experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional documentation and organizational abilities
  • A proven aptitude for problem-solving
  • Reliable transportation from the office to job sites
