Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot network systems to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and respond to network alarms and outages in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement new network solutions and upgrades.
  • Test and evaluate network equipment and software to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve network issues, escalating to higher level technicians when necessary.
  • Document all network activities and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually improve network operations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management regarding network issues and resolutions.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for network emergencies.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, during network maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and commitment to quality service at all times.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve network operations and proactively recommend enhancements.
  • Attend training and professional development opportunities to advance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to resolve network issues and boost overall efficiency.
