Key Responsibilities

  • Recruiter Role: Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews using internal databases, job boards, and networking to identify the right candidates for our staffing needs.
  • Account Manager Role: Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 1000 firms through cold calling, meetings, lunches, and client events to ensure top-tier talent placement.
  • Mentorship & Training: Benefit from comprehensive on-the-job training, including sessions at Insight Global University and one-on-one mentorship with an experienced Account Manager.
  • Career Growth: Progress based on merit with an average promotion time of 6-9 months, paving the way for long-term success and managerial opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree required.
  • Experience in leadership roles such as on-campus leadership, Greek life, student organizations, athletics, or internships.
  • A strong willingness to learn and work hard in a dynamic environment.
