Digital Lending Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Generate residential home loan referrals for purchases and refinances using inbound and outbound strategies.
• Analyze credit, income, assets, and employment data to identify viable mortgage opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service by acting as a liaison between loan officers and potential clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; 2-Year Degree preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex financial situations and achieve a minimum of 125 outbound calls daily.
• Previous mortgage or call center experience (minimum 1 year) is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Must hold or obtain the necessary Federal NMLS License.
• Completion of required training for new hires: BSM/AML: The Basics, Marketing Compliance, and Annual Consumer Complaint Attestation; and for existing employees: BSA and AML: Essentials, and Annual Sexual Harassment Training.
• Physical requirements include the ability to navigate the building, sit at a computer for 8 hours, maintain good hearing and communication, and demonstrate adept eye‐hand coordination.
